TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Norwich Wine Week Competition  – Competition Terms and Conditions By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Greater Anglia and Norwich Wine Week. 

Eligibility to enter this Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Competition, any Norwich BID employee or anyone directly connected with the organisation or their immediate family will be ineligible to enter. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter To enter the prize draw fill out the form here by midnight on Friday 30th May and follow the competition rules. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. Norwich Wine Week will not accept responsibility if details provided are incomplete or inaccurate, or if entry fails due to technology issues. The prize consists of:

• Two General Admission tickets to the Norwich Wine Week Uncorked (Dragon Hall, 18 June, 6 – 9pm)
• Complimentary return Greater Anglia travel passes to Norwich
• Travel pass is valid on Greater Anglia services only. First Class travel where available, otherwise standard class

One winner will be drawn at random by Woobox automatic system. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. The decision of Norwich Wine Week regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement 
The winner will be drawn and notified on Monday 2nd June 2024 via Email. Norwich BID will attempt to contact the winner by up to three times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 48 hours of the third direct message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Norwich BID reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize
Norwich BID will be in contact with the winner via email.  E-Tickets will be supplied via email address. Norwich BID reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to: Verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence) Disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf; Disqualify any participant posting comments on Norwich Wine Week social media platforms, using, in Norwich BIDs opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other participants.

Data protection and publicity
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Norwich Wine Week for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Norwich BID Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability
Norwich Wine Week does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General
Norwich Wine Week reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
