How old do I have to be to participate?
Our event is strictly 18+ and we will be applying a challenge 25 policy.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please be prepared to show photo ID.
Under 18s will not be permitted into the event and tickets will not be refunded. This includes babies and children.
What is Norwich Norwich Wine Week?
Norwich Wine Week will bring together the best producers, merchants, and wine experts from the region to celebrate the areas flourishing wine scene. The week kicks off with ‘Uncorked’ a launch event held at Dragon Hall, taking place on 18 June 2025. Throughout the week, 19 – 29 June, there will be exclusive discounts, tasting experiences and food pairings hosted at venues across the city.

What do I get included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes
- Meet and mingle with wine makers and merchants
- Explore tutored tastings with a wine expert (subject to availability*)
- Buy a range of locally produced wine
- A Norwich Wine Week tote bag
*Tasting sessions are available for all ticket holders. Sessions are allocated to each guest on arrival and will be set at the capacity of the room. We are encouraging everyone with a ticket to arrive by 6.30 pm (doors open at 6 pm) to ensure they get a space on one of our tasting sessions. If you turn up later than this, we cannot guarantee there will be space for you in the sessions that follow your arrival time.
Is there food available?
Wood-fired pizzas will be available from Monzu pizza
Is the event accessible?
Dragon Hall is largely wheelchair accessible and is equipped with two raising platform lifts, disabled access toilets, hearing loop facilities and quiet spaces. Blue Badge parking is available directly outside on King St.
What payment options are available?
Payments can be made by card only.
Are you only serving wine?
A fantastic variety of wine will be available by the glass from exhibitors, or by the bottle to take away. There will also be a fully stocked bar with beer and non-alcoholic drinks
Do you offer non-alcoholic drinks?
The bar will include a range of non-alcoholic beverages.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are strictly prohibited at Norwich Wine Week due to healthy & safety regulations. Guide dogs and service dogs are permitted
I can no longer attend, can I have a refund?
Tickets are non refundable.
- Tickets purchased for Uncorked will only be refunded in the case of cancellation of the entire event by the organisers (Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) Ltd). Any refund would be at face value of the purchased ticket.
- Uncorked is open to over 18s only. Ticket holders may be asked for proof of age in order to be permitted entry to the event area. Tickets purchased by anyone under 18 will not be refunded.
- The purchase of any Norwich Wine Week tickets are for the event itself, and not for a specific exhibitor. No refund will be offered in the event of exhibitor cancellations.
- Bad weather, natural disasters, or any other force majeure will not lead to ticket refunds.

Photography
Norwich BID reserves the right to carry out photography and/or video recording at their events for publicity purposes and to reproduce images and footage on our website. By entering into this Agreement, you agree that Norwich BID and any party authorised by the Norwich BID may use such images in perpetuity and in any format whatsoever.
Smoking
The current smoking legislation regarding smoking in public places applies at all of our events. The use of E-Cigarettes is not permitted at our event except in designated smoking areas.
Security
Please be aware that for your security, we may on occasion conduct bag searches on entry to the event.
To ensure that everyone can have an enjoyable experience, we reserve the right to refuse admission to disruptive or aggressive attendees even if a valid ticket is produced. No refund will be issued in this case.
